The 2020 Arizona State Sun Devils baseball team represented Arizona State University in the 2020 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Sun Devils played their home games at Phoenix Municipal Stadium, off campus in Phoenix, Arizona. It was Tracy Smith's sixth season as head coach.[citation needed]
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, on March 30, 2020, the NCAA canceled the upcoming College World Series,[2] but announced that senior spring athletes would have the opportunity to return to school for the 2021 spring season if they wished.[3]
