The EuroBasket 2029 will be the 43rd edition of the EuroBasket championship, the quadrennial international men's basketball championship organized by FIBA Europe.
Bidding process
- Slovenia – While announcing that they will not apply to host a 2024 Olympic Qualifying Tournament, the Basketball Federation of Slovenia confirmed an intent to host a group at EuroBasket 2029.[1][2][3]
On 22 March 2024, FIBA Europe announced that the bidding process will start in 2024. The winning bids are expected to be confirmed during a dedicated event in June 2025.[4]
Qualification
The qualification will begin in February 2028 and end in February 2029.
