Orikum

Orikum is a town and a former municipality in Vlorë County, southwestern Albania. With the 2015 local government reform, it became a subdivision of the municipality Vlorë.[1] It was named after the ancient city Oricum, which was located 4 km west of modern Orikum. The population at the 2011 census was 5,503.[2] The municipal unit consists of the town Orikum and the villages Dukat Fushë, Dukat, Tragjas and Radhimë.[3]
