Polykarpi (Greek: Πολυκάρπη, before 1926: Λίτσιστα – Litsista[2]) is a village in Kastoria Regional Unit, Macedonia, Greece.

The Greek census (1920) recorded 585 people in the village and in 1923 there were 250 inhabitants (or 20 families) who were Muslim.[3] Following the Greek–Turkish population exchange, in Litsista there were 26 refugee families from Asia Minor and 5 refugee families from an unidentified location in 1926.[3] The Greek census (1928) recorded 585 village inhabitants.[3] In 1928 there were 31 refugee families (140 people).[3]

In 1945, Greek Foreign Minister Ioannis Politis ordered the compilation of demographic data regarding the Prefecture of Kastoria.[4] The village Polykarpi had a total of 740 inhabitants, and was populated by 370 Slavophones with a Bulgarian national consciousness.[5]
