Les Eozoa sont un embranchement d'organismes unicellulaires "Protistes" créé par Cavalier-Smith en 2003 dans le règne des Excavobionta ou Excavata.
Le taxon regroupait les Loukozoa (Jakobea et Malawimonadidea) et les Metamonada mais il ne semble pas monophylétique.
