Guntis Ulmanis (lahir 13 September 1939) adalah politikus dan Presiden Latvia periode 1993-1999.

Ia lahir di Riga. Saudara laki-laki kakeknya adalah Kārlis Ulmanis yang tampil sebagai figur politik semenjak Perang Dunia II.
