クエルシトール (Quercitol) または5-デオキシイノシトール (5-Deoxyinositol) は、シクリトールの一種である。オーク樽でエイジングしたワインの中に見られる[2]。また、オーク[3]やホウライアオカズラでも見られる。クェルセチンのシノニムであるクエルセトールとは異なる。
