Comanche County er et fylke i den amerikanske delstaten Oklahoma. Det ligger sørvest i staten og det grenser mot Caddo County i nord, Grady County i nordøst, Stephens County i sørøst, Cotton County i sør, Tillman County i sørvest og mot Kiowa County i vest.
Comanche Countys totale areal er 2 807 km² hvorav 38 km² er vann. I 2000 hadde fylket 114 996 innbyggere og administrasjonssenteret ligger i byen Lawton som også er fylkets største by. Fylket ble grunnlagt 6. juli 1901.[1]
