7-Metilksantozin sintaza (EC 2.1.1.158, ksantozinska metiltransferaza, XMT, ksantozin:S-adenozil-L-metionin metiltransferaza, CtCS1, CmXRS1, CaXMT1, S-adenozil-L-metionin:ksantozin 7-N-metiltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozil-L-metionin:ksantozin N7-metiltransferaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

S-adenozil-L-metionin + ksantozin {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } S-adenozil-L-homocistein + 7-metilksantozin

Ovaj enzim je specifičan za ksantozin. XMP i ksantin nisu supstrati.
