Biotinska karboksilaza (EC 6.3.4.14, biotinska karboksilaza (komponenta of acetil KoA karboksilaze)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom biotin-karboksil-nosilac-protein:karbon-dioksid ligaza (formira ADP).[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- ATP + biotin-karboksil-nosilac protein + CO2 ADP + fosfat + karboksibiotin-karboksil-nosilac protein
