Cijanurinsko kiselinska amidohidrolaza (EC 3.5.2.15, AtzD) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom cijanurinska kiselina amidohidrolaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

cijanurinska kiselina + H2O {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } biuret + CO2

Zajedno sa EC 3.5.1.54 (alofanatnom hidrolazom) i EC 3.5.1.84 (biuretnom amidohidrolazom), ovaj enzim formira deo cijanurinsko kiselinskog metaboličkog puta.
