Dezoksiribonukleaza IV (fag-T4-indukovana) (EC 3.1.21.2, endodezoksiribonukleaza IV (fagom T4-indukovana), E. coli endonukleaza IV, endodezoksiribonukleaza, redoksiendonukleaza, deoksiriboendonukleaza, Escherichia coli endonukleaza II, endonukleaza II, DNK-adenin-transferaza) je enzim.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Endonukleolitičko razlaganje do 5'-fosfooligonukleotidnih krajnjih produkata
Ovaj enzim preferentno deluje na jednolančanu DNK.
