Diguanilat ciklaza (EC 2.7.7.65, DGC, PleD) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom GTP:GTP guanililtransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

2 GTP {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } 2 difosfat + ciklična di-3',5'-guanilat

Ovaj protein sadrži GGDEF-domen. Za njegov rad je neophodan jon Mg2+ ili Mn2+.
