Fitoen sintaza (EC 2.5.1.32, prefitoen-difosfat sintaza, fitoen sintetaza, PSaze, geranilgeranil-difosfat geranilgeraniltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom geranilgeranil-difosfat:geranilgeranil-difosfat geranilgeraniltransferaza (formira 15-cis-fitoen).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

2 geranilgeranil difosfat {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } 15-cis-fitoen + 2 difosfat (sveukupna reakcija)
(1a) 2 geranilgeranil difosfat {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } difosfat + prefitoen difosfat
(1b) prefitoen difosfat {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } 15-cis-fitoen + difosfat

Za dejstvo ovog enzima je neophodan jon Mn2+.
