Fosfatidilholin—sterol O-aciltransferaza (EC 2.3.1.43, lecitin-holestarolna aciltransferaza, fosfolipid-holestarolna aciltransferaza, LCAT (lecitin-holestarol aciltransferaza), lecitin:holestarol aciltransferaza, lizolecitinska aciltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom fosfatidilholin:sterol O-aciltransferaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Palmitoil, oleoil i linoleoil ostataci se mogu preneti. Brojni steroli, uključujući holestarol, mogu da deluju kao akceptori. Bakterijski enzim takođe katalizuje reakcije EC 3.1.1.4, fosfolipaze A2, i EC 3.1.1.5, lizofosfolipaze.
