Gillian Rose (20.9. 1947 - 9.12. 1995.) je bila britanska naučnica specijalizirana za proučavanje filozofije i sociologije. Mnoga njena djela su predstavljala kritiku neokantovske filozofije i postmodernizma.
Odrasla je u liberalnoj židovskoj porodici. Njena sestra je naučnica i spisateljica Jacqueline Rose.
Predavala je na Fakultetu za evropske studije (Univerziteta Sussexa), a kasnije i socijalnu i političku misao na Univerzitetu Warwicka od 1989. do smrti 1995.
Veliki dio njenog opusa se bavio i proučavanjem Holokausta, zbog čega ju je kao stručnog savjetnika godine 1990. angažirala poljska Komisija za budućnost Auschwitza.
Na samrti se s judaizma preobratila na anglikanstvo.
