Magnezijumska helataza (EC 6.6.1.1, protoporfirin IX magnezijum-helataza, protoporfirin IX Mg-helataza, magnezijum-protoporfirin IX helataza, magnezijum-protoporfirin helataza, magnezijum-helataza, Mg-helataza, Mg-protoporfirin IX magnezio-lijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom Mg-protoporfirin IX magnezijum-lijaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

ATP + protoporfirin IX + Mg2+ + H2O {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } ADP + fosfat + Mg-protoporfirin IX + 2 H+

Ovaj enzim posreduje prvi korak u biosintezi hlorofila.
