Mircenska sintaza (EC 4.2.3.15) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom geranil-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (formira mircen).[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- geranil difosfat mircen + difosfat
Rekombinantni enzim iz Abies grandis deluje u prisustvu jona Mn2+ i K+.
