Ujedinjeno KraljevstvoMoulin Rouge je britanski biografski film snimljen 1952. u režiji Johna Hustona. Temelji se na istoimenom romanu francuskog književnika Pierrea La Murea i prikazuje život znamenitog slikara Henrija de Toulouse-Lautreca, a čiji lik tumači José Ferrer. Film je pred Hustona postavio značajne tehničke izazove, prije svega zbog odluke da se Ferrer, koji je, kako bi dočarao patuljasti rast Lautreca bio prisiljen nositi specijalne proteze, istovremeno angažira i za ulogu Toulouse-Lautrecovog oca. Moulin Rouge je doživio veliki uspjeh, i bio nominiran za sedam Oscara od kojih je osvojio dva - za fotografiju u boji i scenografiju. Muzička partitura Georgesa Aurica je, pak, postala veliki hit u trgovinama gramofonskih ploča. Zsa Zsa Gabor, koja u filmu tumači lik Lautrecove muze Jane Avril, kasnije je dobijala pohvale zbog nastupa koji se smatra najboljim u njenoj glumačkoj karijeri.
