Pirolin-5-karboksilat reduktaza (EC 1.5.1.2, prolinska oksidaza, L-prolinska oksidaza, 1-pirolidin-5-karboksilat reduktaza, NADPH-L-Delta1-pirolidin karboksilna kiselina reduktaza, L-prolin-NAD(P)+ 5-oksidoreduktaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-prolin:NAD(P)+ 5-oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

L-prolin + NAD(P)+ {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } 1-pirolidin-5-karboksilat + NAD(P)H + H+

Ovaj enzim takođe redukuje 1-pirolidin-3-hidroksi-5-karboksilat do L-hidroksiprolina.
