Urejna karboksilaza (EC 6.3.4.6, ureaza (ATP hidrolizacija), urejna karboksilaza (hidrolizacija), ATP-urejna amidolijaza, urejna amidolijaza, UALaza, UCA) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ureja:karbon-dioksid ligaza (formira ADP).[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

ATP + ureja + HCO3- {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } ADP + fosfat + ureja-1-karboksilat

Ovaj enzim je biotinilni protein.
