Neorganska difosfataza (EC 3.6.1.1) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom difosfat fosfohidrolaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

difosfat + H2O {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } 2 fosfat

Specifičnost ovog enzima varira u zavisnosti od izvora i aktivacinog metalnog jona.
