La FIBA Europe Cup 2017-2018 è stata la terza edizione del secondo torneo europeo di pallacanestro per club organizzato dalla FIBA Europe. La vittoria è andata alla Reyer Venezia che ha così conquistato il primo trofeo internazionale della sua storia.
Le migliori tre squadre avanzano alla fase a gironi in qualità di lucky loser sostituendo le retrocesse dalla Champions League che hanno rifiutato la partecipazione alla competizione.
Estudiantes, Élan Chalon, AEK Atene e Strasburgo hanno avuto delle clausole per non partecipare alla FIBA Europe Cup nel caso in cui fossero arrivate quinte o seste nel proprio girone di Basketball Champions League, il loro posto è occupato dalle squadre meglio classificate in terza posizione nel secondo turno.
